FieldCue Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are between you and RavionX LLC. By accessing or using FieldCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FieldCue.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and use FieldCue for lawful business purposes. If you use FieldCue on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and business information, for keeping sign-in credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify FieldCue support if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the customer, booking, service, note, and business information you enter into FieldCue. You must have any rights, permissions, notices, or consents needed to use that information in FieldCue and to contact your customers.

You agree not to use FieldCue to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or harmful content.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, or compromise FieldCue.
• Access another user's account or data without permission.
• Misrepresent your business, services, availability, prices, or customer relationships.

FieldCue helps you manage booking and customer workflows, but you remain responsible for your services, customer relationships, scheduling decisions, pricing, cancellations, disputes, and communications with your customers.

FieldCue may help prepare booking links for WhatsApp, SMS, email, or similar sharing. These actions open external apps or services, and you manually send the message. You are responsible for the content, recipients, permissions, and legal compliance of messages you send outside FieldCue.

FieldCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RavionX works to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, delivery of external messages, or that every booking, availability, or customer workflow will meet your needs.

FieldCue may require paid subscriptions or fees. Subscription terms, billing periods, cancellation options, and payment-provider terms may be presented during checkout, inside the app, or by the applicable payment provider. You are responsible for charges you authorize.

RavionX and its licensors own FieldCue, including the software, design, brand, logos, and product content. You keep responsibility for business and customer information you enter, subject to the rights needed for FieldCue to operate the service.

RavionX may suspend or terminate access to FieldCue if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful. You may stop using FieldCue or delete your account as described on the Account Deletion page.

To the extent permitted by law, RavionX disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, RavionX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or customer disputes arising from or related to FieldCue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
