FieldCue Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to FieldCue, a product operated by RavionX LLC. FieldCue helps service businesses manage accounts, business profiles, services, customers, bookings, notes, working hours, booking intervals, settings, and public booking pages.

FieldCue may handle the following categories of information:

• Account and business information, such as owner account details, business profile, services, and settings.
• Customer and booking information, such as customer contact details, requested services, appointment times, booking status, and notes entered by the account owner.
• Public booking data, such as the business booking page, available services, working hours, custom or holiday hours, booking interval, and public booking submissions.
• Device and usage data needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve FieldCue.
• Support communications you send to FieldCue support.

FieldCue uses information to:

• Create and secure owner accounts and sessions.
• Operate business profile, services, customers, bookings, availability, and public booking pages.
• Prepare booking links and customer communications initiated by the account owner.
• Provide support, troubleshoot bugs, protect against abuse, and maintain service reliability.
• Comply with applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and business-record obligations.

FieldCue can help prepare booking-link sharing through WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Those actions open external apps or services, and the account owner manually sends the message outside FieldCue.

FieldCue does not automatically send those share messages and does not store manually entered recipient numbers solely for sharing a booking link.

FieldCue may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, payment subscription processing, security, diagnostics, analytics, customer support, and related operations. These providers process information on FieldCue's behalf or as needed to deliver their services.

External apps used for WhatsApp, SMS, email, or similar sharing are controlled by their own providers. Review their terms and privacy practices before sending messages through them.

FieldCue keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Account deletion removes active account and workspace data as described on the Account Deletion page, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.

FieldCue uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service, app, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or other privacy action. To make a request, contact FieldCue support using the email below. FieldCue may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

FieldCue is intended for business users and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FieldCue, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

FieldCue and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have data protection rules different from the laws where you live.

FieldCue may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
