FieldCue Account Deletion
FieldCue account owners can delete their account in the app, or contact support for help if they cannot sign in.

In-App Deletion Path
To delete your FieldCue account in the app, go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
Confirmation Requirements
Account deletion is permanent. FieldCue may require confirmation before deletion, including typing DELETE and re-authentication where applicable. These steps help prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion.
Data Deleted
When deletion is completed, FieldCue deletes active account and workspace data, including:
- Account
- Business profile
- Services
- Customers
- Bookings
- Notes
- Working hours
- Custom and holiday hours
- Booking interval
- Settings
- Memberships
- Sessions
- Public booking page
Limited Retention
FieldCue may retain limited information where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial records, or backup integrity. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until they are overwritten or deleted according to normal backup processes.
After Deletion
After deletion, your account cannot be used to sign in, your workspace is no longer available, and your public booking page is removed from active service. Customers should no longer be able to submit new bookings through that deleted booking page.
Support-Assisted Deletion
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your FieldCue account and ask for account deletion assistance. Support may request information to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Do not send passwords, session tokens, payment details, or sensitive customer notes in your request.
