This policy applies to the RavionX corporate website at https://www.ravionxgroup.com. It does not describe data practices inside separately operated RavionX product applications or product subdomains.

Product websites and applications, including SAT Intelligence and FieldCue, may provide their own privacy notices and terms. Review the applicable product website before using a product application.

The corporate website does not currently include an account system, checkout flow, newsletter signup, or server-backed contact form. Visitors may choose to contact RavionX by email, including through mail links on the website. If you send an email, the information you include in that message may be processed so RavionX can review and respond to your inquiry.

The RavionX Inspect beta call to action is also a mail link. It opens your email client with a draft message; no website form submission is made by the corporate website.

The repository does not show client-side analytics, advertising pixels, CAPTCHA, embedded maps or videos, local storage, session storage, or non-essential cookie code on the corporate website.

Like most websites, the hosting provider and related infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver, secure, and operate the website.

The corporate website repository does not currently include non-essential cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or a cookie-preference interface. For that reason, the website does not display a cookie banner.

The website is built as a static Next.js export and the repository documentation identifies Cloudflare Pages as the intended hosting platform. Hosting, infrastructure, email, security, or other service providers may process information on RavionX's behalf when they provide services used to operate the website or handle communications.

The site uses Next.js font tooling, which serves the font files from the generated site output rather than embedding a runtime third-party font request in the page.

The corporate website links to product websites and internal product pages, including:

Those destinations may have separate practices, notices, and terms. This corporate Privacy Policy does not make claims about data collected inside those product applications.

RavionX may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host the site, deliver email, maintain security, or respond to inquiries. RavionX may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of RavionX, visitors, or others.

The repository does not show advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sale/share mechanisms on the corporate website.

The repository does not establish a specific retention period for contact emails, hosting logs, or security logs. RavionX should retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or appropriate for legal, security, or business reasons.

RavionX works to maintain the corporate website responsibly, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The corporate website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this corporate website, contact RavionX so the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning personal information.
